Feed lip balm container into holder pucks automatically by vibrator
1 sets of 3 layers of 50L jacketed tank with heating and mixing functions
6 filling nozzles ,all parts contacting with bulk can be heated
Servo motor controlled dosing pump,piston filling system

Filling unit designed for easy strip-down cleaning and re-assembly to facilitate quick change over
Balm cooling under the room temperature with 3m conveyors belt
Reheating unit to make balm surface flat and more shinning with good looking
Automatic into cooling system, and cooling tunnel with 7 conveyors in and out
Frost moving system to prevent freezing and the frost moving cycle time can be adjust
Cooling temperature can be adjustable down to -20℃.
Danfoss refrigeration system and with water cooling cycle system for compressor.
