According to requirement from customers, we make lip gloss filling machine with heating tank.
Heating tank is equipped with mixer and pressure device to add pressure for high viscous liquid to move down smoothly when filling. Heating tank is jacket tank, middle is heating oil. To use heating pipes to make oil hot and then ensure liquid kept hot when filling. Like that,there will be no blocking problem because of high viscosity. Some customers want two filling tanks, when one filling tank is working, and the other one can be prepared for preheating, which can save some preparation time and ensure higher working speed. Two filling tanks are set on one frame. To make screw loose, it can make tanks move and stripped down.
When customer needs to fill lip gloss or nail polish,color needs to change. Two filling tanks can also be very necessary for change over. One is working, the other one can be removed to clean. Considering heating tank is a little heavy and to make removing tank easily, we make new design about frame for two filling tanks.Also one small forklift can be equipped to load tank and make it move easier for cleaning and also much easier for reassembly.
